Before transitioning to real estate, Patrice received her undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California and worked as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch in Beverly Hills. A proud mother of three college educated sons and a business owner, she has an informed perspective on the culture and communities of Santa Monica, Malibu, Venice, the Pacific Palisades and surrounding areas. Since her children attended the Los Angeles unified school system, Patrice has hands-on experience and informed knowledge of local schools.

In her spare time, Patrice enjoys continuing her language studies in French, Italian, and Spanish. She is an active member of the Riviera Country Club and Women's Tennis Board. Susanna Bernstein

Equally skilled in the fields of real estate, lifestyle, and design, Susanna approaches the home buying process in a holistic fashion. She works closely with her clients, colleagues, and vendors to deliver smooth closings. Her enthusiasm and love for Los Angeles inform every transaction.
Susanna learned the value of a good home and great design at an early age from her do-it-yourself type parents whose homes were featured in various publications from Sunset Magazine to the Washington Post. She holds a BA in European Studies with a minor in Studio Arts from Scripps College in Claremont, as well as a Certificate of Interior Design from UCLA. She has also studied in Paris at both Parsons and La Sorbonne, as well as the Rhode Island School of Design in Rome.
As a Hollywood set decorator for 10 years, Susanna worked in everything from commercials and music videos to television programs. She then started her own interior design company and worked with notable designers in both Los Angeles and New York City.
Outside of real estate, Susanna is passionate about her two children, travel, art, and remaining in a sense of wonder. She has worked construction in Africa as a volunteer, hitch-hiked up the eastern coast of Australia, explored temples in India, and learned to kite surf in Portugal.
